Just after 2pm today, Crews were dispatched to Sylvan Knoll for a reported riding lawnmower on fire in the driveway.
Crews arrived and quickly extinguished the fire.
This is a friendly reminder to ensure your lawnmower is cleaned and cooled off before storing in your shed or garage. This homeowner thankfully had left it outside the garage to cool after mowing, preventing further damage and a fire involving his home.
